François Villon and Charles d'Orléans, first rebelious poets.
Charles VII, winner of the English with the providential help of Jeanne d'Arc.
Agnès Sorel, lover of Charles VII and very first (but not last) official lover of a french king !

Louis XI, winner of Bourgogne and creator of the moderne state of France with most of its actual borders.
Charles VIII, first king to bring back in the Loire Valley (considered at this time as the center of France) the italian "Renaissance".
